So this Christmas, I posed for a photo shoot with my contract employer since corporate wants to "reissue" the new company profile. Just another excuse, I truly believe, to spend more money. They could've given me a bigger budget this past summer to bring aboard (at least) 2 exec. sous chefs and a secretary or a girl Friday. Normally, I would've moaned and whined...well, like a child...but figuring it's Xmas and all, and I'm on my way out to steer a new kitchen with a Pacific Northwest-Canada organization, I just shut my yap, showed up for the shoot, and voila. Free publicity never hurts in any art (be it culinary or film).
